To give you peace of mind, we provide a flexible return policy that allows you to review your purchase for up to 14 days or 250 miles from the date of delivery, giving you ample time to decide whether you'd like to return or exchange the item.

Simple Return and Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please get in touch with us via email before 5 PM PDT on the 14th day after you receive your order. Day 0 begins on the delivery date.

Return Guidelines

We cannot process returns for items that have been modified, damaged, or involved in any accident. Furthermore, items used as collateral (encumbered items) are not eligible for return.
